General Comments
An unforgettable Adventure. The Bibbulmun track is so giving, and has taught me so much about myself. As well as all the wonderful souls I met along the way, I feel I have also met myself.

I was blessed with scrumptious food along the way! Dehydration meals I prepared before departing, curries, stews and lentil chilli for dinner. Dehydration dips and flatbreads for lunch!! So yummy! Quinoa porridge for breakfast with dried fruits, nuts and cinnamon. Oh and chocolate of course! Thank you to my parents for theirs support with food drops and posting boxes. Absolutely spoilt!

Advice for Others
Feel into the difficult moments and write down your thoughts… let go of your expectations, especially the one that goes “I’m sure this walk will help me figure everything out..(eg. what I should study, my relationship with food/body, ect. ) and just be. Putting too much pressure on myself to meditate on things actually didn’t help. Enjoying every second for what it was and what the track presented to me in those moments… that’s what felt healing.
