General Comments

A life changing experience on a fantastic track. It truly is an asset to the state and the support and sense of community around the Bibbulmun is fantastic. Thank you to everyone at the Foundation for helping to make it easy for us hikers to go on these adventures.

Food/Supplies Comments

Still not sick of Clif bars and have learned plenty of new dehydrated recipes for the future.

Wildlife

Plenty of kangaroos, emus, cockatoos, a few snakes around Albany but no echidnas.

Your Best Equipment

Osprey Atmos 65L pack was amazingly comfortable and my sleeping system of a S2S insulated ultralight mat and S2S Trek III sleeping bag kept me super warm at night.

Your Worst Equipment

S2S uninsulated ultralight sleeping mat, had some very cold night on this.

Advice for Others

Take your time, photograph the wildflowers, listen to your body and make sure you put yourself in the best position to enjoy the experience.
