Keep it simple
I made my own Granola for breakfast which I loaded with nuts for protein and dried fruit for energy. It kept me going well to lunchtime. I never had anything else for breakfast.

Walpole to Albany and the Perth Hills.

I loved meeting such a great variety of people and sharing stories and experiences.
Your Best Equipment
Sleeping bag. It always kept me warm and comfortable.
Your Worst Equipment
Boots. - I went through several different type boots, but always had bad to sever blisters. Only my last section was nearly blister free after I opted for hiking shoes instead of boots.
