General Comments
I was surprised by the daily variety and changes on the walk. I was also impressed by the track maintenance and marking.
Food/Supplies Comments
Food supplies were no real problem after Dwellingup. From then on we had a good idea of what we needed.
Favourite Section
The whole walk is a wonder though I felt that walking through the forests was equivalent to being in a cathedral.
Highlights
Boonering Hill, Chadoora, Murray River camp, and all the morning and evening birdsong.
Personal Reactions
Having a silent mind in a forest of birdsong gives one both joy and humility. I am also very proud to have done the whole walk and grateful for the help provided us.
Wildlife
The birds and reptiles were a constant presence.

Shoes, slightly too small, (Probably my 60 yr old feet !)
Advice for Others
Beware of overbuying in towns. Don’t rush.
