Porridge, nutbars,dried biscuits with cheese or peanut spread, pasta with tuna or chicken, golden valley fruit. No alcohol!

Views from Mt Cooke, Mt Hallowell and the coast sections. Camping out between huts in the bush and enjoying the morning walk 6-9am when the wildlife seemed to be more active
