General Comments
I was amazed at the work done by volunteers and how good the huts and track were, thank you all.
Food/Supplies Comments
We prepared our own food and put out drops at all the information centers where the staff were very helpful
Favourite Section
Giants to Rame walking through the Tingle and onto the beack where we saw whales breaching for the first time.
Highlights
Meeting lots of new people and forming trail tribes for a few weeks.
Personal Reactions
I lost a lot of weight which was good and enjoyed the solitude of walking
Wildlife
We saw a small variety Quendas ,Mardos, emu, pigs, black cockatoos wrens robins
Your Best Equipment
Big Agnes tent is very light easy to put up will stand up without pegs
Your Worst Equipment
Katmandu sleeping bag is old and not up to the cold
Advice for Others
Don’t worry about the smell we all do. If you don’t use it in the first week send it back home in a post pack.
