Join Us for the 2026 AGM and a Special Evening with @tillyhikes

The Annual General Meeting of the Bibbulmun Track Foundation Inc. will be held on Thursday 29 October 2026 at the City of Melville EcoHub, Piney Lakes Reserve, 555 Leach Highway, Winthrop WA 6150.

The AGM will run from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm, followed by a short break and light refreshments.

We’re also excited to announce that after the AGM, adventurer and content creator Tilly Johnson (@tillyhikes) will join us for a special presentation about her incredible journey hiking France’s Hexa Trek.

Members are welcome to bring family, friends and other guests to attend the evening. Please note that only current members of the Bibbulmun Track Foundation are eligible to vote during the AGM.

Members proposing to attend are asked to notify Vanessa on 9481 0551 or email admin@bibbulmuntrack.org.au.

Any member who wants to appoint a proxy at the AGM must complete a proxy form in accordance with rule 19 of the Bibbulmun Track Foundation Rules 2009 (as amended and available on the BTF’s website) and send it to the BTF. Proxy forms received by the BTF after 5 p.m. on Wednesday 28 October 2026 will not be valid.

Election of Board Members

At the AGM, four members of the Foundation are to be elected to the Board to fill vacancies.

BTF Members are invited to nominate for election.
Nominations must be in writing, signed by the member and received by the BTF before the close of nominations at 4pm Tuesday 29 September 2026.
Should a poll be needed to elect a Board member it will be conducted during the AGM.
The term of office of each person elected will commence on the 29 October 2026.

The elections will be held because the terms of Tim Larkin, Kath Broderick (Chair), Tristy Fairfield and Charlie Soord will expire on this date and will be declared vacant at the AGM.
