403 errors
Are you experiencing any 403 errors on our site?
The problem is often with your browser.
First, make sure you have the latest version of your browser. Older browsers may not have the latest security settings. To find out the browser and version, go to https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/. If it is not the latest version, then you should update it.
You can also try clearing your cookies and cache, and make sure you’re not routing your connection through a VPN or proxy that might trigger the error.
You can also try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
If that does not work, please get in touch via our contact form page on the main menu. Select “website problems” for the enquiry type. You will need to tell us what kind of device you are using (PC, android phone, IOS phone, laptop, mac etc), the browser you are using and the version number (see the link above).
