Your Story or Advice for Others
General CommentsHad walked Kalamunda - Collie in various sections before the start of this expedition, so had a reasonable idea of what to expect. I think this is the main thing to have done before attempting this journey in one go. Most people seem to make it OK, which I suppose is to be expected after all the planning and financial expenditure which goes into an end to ender.
Your Best Equipment
Hi/low beam LED headlight very good. Cooking gear.
Your Worst Equipment
Boots which were sold with the expectation of being 'waterproof'. A lifetime of motorcycling taught me long ago you can't make leather 'waterproof'.
