General CommentsPrepare in advance to become happy with your gear. We ended with less items to carry and swopped to others etc.

Agnes Copper Spur tent and Sea to Summit bedding ie Mats & Quilt
Your Worst Equipment
Trail shoes, switching from heavy Hiking Boots to trial shoes provided long lasting blisters, with none previously.

- Availability of information: Great - Readjusting back to conventional life was another really difficult time. I could only explain this to myself, because the change was me, I had changed.
