Your Best Equipment
Walking poles as they saved me falling a number of times
Your Worst Equipment
My right foot, which tripped me up and I ended up headbutting the ground. However, I won as I got up, dusted myself off and moved on. The ground was left behind, still out cold.
Advice for Others
Mental fitness makes up 90% of all fitness for long distance walks. Never quite when you are feeling low.
