Your Story or Advice for Others
General CommentsIf you feel inspired, just go for it. Not all of us are super athletes or have the chance to spend a big chunk of time out in nature when life has us under the pump, but if you can find a way to do it, you will be forever changed by the experience. It's an incredible, free, well-maintained, and scenic track, and I am so grateful we have it in our backyard!

Advice for Others
1. Find kit in your budget that works for you. Comfort is key, and that's not always the lightest kit available. 2. If you feel overwhelmed at any time, planning or execution, just break it down into little goal posts... it's way less daunting.
