The Annual General Meeting of the Bibbulmun Track Foundation Inc. will be held:
- on Thursday 23 October 2025 at 5.00 pm;
- at Inglewood Bowling & Sports Club, 1 Stancliffe St, Mount Lawley

Members wishing to attend are asked to notify Rosie by telephone on 9481 0551 or by email.
Any member who wants to appoint a proxy at the AGM must complete a proxy form. Proxy forms received by the BTF after 5 p.m. on Wednesday 22 October 2025 will not be valid.
Election of Board Members
- At the AGM three members of the Foundation are to be elected to the Board to fill vacancies.
- Members of the Foundation are invited to nominate for election.
- A member’s nomination must be in writing, signed by the member and be received by the Foundation before the close of nominations at 4.00 p.m. Monday 22 September 2025.
- Should a poll be needed to elect a Board member it will be conducted during the AGM.
- The term of office of each person elected to the Board will be two years from, and including, 23 October 2025.
The elections will be held because the terms of John Holan, Bruce Manning and Michael Wood will expire.
Proposed amendments to BTF Rules
The Board is proposing a minor amendment to the Foundation’s Rules to support the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer. A summary of the changes can be found here.
