Located approximately 2 km from the Bibbulmun Track via the property, or 5 km along Riverway/Boorara Road, this is a convenient stop for those seeking a restful break off the track. Northcliffe is 5 km by road, or around 10 km via the Bibbulmun Track.

Guests can enjoy self-check-in with no reception, along with useful facilities including kitchen access, laundry with dryer and clothesline, and mail or parcel holding. Extended car parking is available for walkers planning overnight or multi‑day journeys.
