Get involved in the 25th Anniversary and join the end-to-end walkers on this 7-day section south of Northcliffe.

This is the ninth section of the 25th Anniversary end-to-end walk.

Your guides will lead you on this town-to-town section of the Bibbulmun Track. This section features is one of the most biodiverse on the Track. You will walk through karri,  jarrah and tingle forest, heathlands, coastal dune systems, a tiny bit of beach walking, the Pingerup Plains, granite formations and cross numerous rivers. Each campsite on this section boasts its own special feature whether it be the second largest fresh water lake in the south-west or vast breath-taking views from the top of granite domes and peaks. This is definitely the most remote section of the Track! Walkers should be prepared for possible wild weather and challenging track conditions.

Great for sectional end-to-enders or those yet to explore the long section between these two towns. Read more about this section.

Includes two remote food drops, comprehensive briefing night, hire gear (conditions apply), trip preparation manual and map. BYO food.

Walkers will need to arrange their own accommodation as well as transport to the start (Northcliffe) and from the end of the walk (Walpole). TRANSWA provide a train/coach service from Perth (approx. 9.30am) to Northcliffe (approx. 3pm) on 22nd August and then a service from Walpole to Perth on 30th August (approx. 9.40am).

Walkers will also receive a 20% discount voucher kindly donated by our partners at Ottie Merino

Participants must be fit and able to carry an overnight backpack with all gear (eg tent, clothes, stove etc) and food.

Hi folks. I have been with the Foundation since 1997, when I first joined as a member and maintenance volunteer. I wanted to get involved in the 'new' Track after getting terribly lost on the 'old' Bibbulmun Track. From there I began leading walks and then came on staff in the office in 1999 as Events Manager and Lead Guide. I love walking and have done a few end-to-ends. I really get a kick out of sharing this passion with everyone. I am still a volunteer and look after Nerang Campsite. Come and join me on this event!

Hi, I have been bitten by the hiking bug and enjoy anything from a leisurely jaunt to a multiple day hike through our wonderful bush. I have enjoyed walking and hiking interstate and overseas and feel so lucky to have the Bibbulmun Track as a fantastic escape to nature right on our doorstep. I’ve managed several end-to-ends and have enjoyed many stretches on multiple occasions. I have met a number of wonderful people along the way and hope to be able to experience walking with you soon.
