Booking Form

To assist walkers with transport on the Queen's Birthday long-weekend, the Foundation is running a bus service in conjunction with the Wandoo Flats and Rocky Faces trek.

Bus users do not need to book on this walk to use the service.

Walkers can make a booking for either of the services on Saturday 26th and/or Monday 28th Sept listed below.

The services allow people to walk from Brookton Hwy to Sullivan Rock (or vice versa) staying at Canning Campsite and Monadnocks Campsite which suits the long-weekend time frame.

Walkers may also book individual one-way services allowing them to end their walk on Saturday, start on the Monday (making their own arrangements at the start or end of their walk respectively), or drive to Sullivan Rock (leave the car there), get the bus to Brookton Hwy and walk back to their car.

All individual tickets are $25 ($20 for members). More tickets may be released for the Bus Service on Friday 18 Sept if, after bookings close, places are left on the Wandoo Flats and Rocky Faces trek.

Prescribed burning impacts

Please note that the Parks and Wildlife Service have installed a diversion due to a prescribed burn which should be taken into consideration as they may affect your plans depending which way you are walking. See the details for the diversion in the Section by Section Guide on our website (scroll down to Diversions and Other impacts). It is unknown if the original alignment of the Track will be re-opened in time, so please keep an eye on the website. If the notice is no longer there, it means that the diversion has been removed. Either way the Sullivan Rock car park is still accessible and will be used for picks ups and drop offs.

Additional booking conditions

Bookings are essential, non-refundable and places are strictly limited. If walkers are not present at the time of departure, their fare will be forfeited and no responsibility will be accepted or recompense payable for any other arrangements the walkers must make to reach their destination.

If you choose to make a booking, you agree that you and anyone you are booking for will not attend the event if in the last 14 days you or they have:

  • been unwell
  • had contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19
  • respiratory symptoms (even if mild)

Hi, I have been bitten by the hiking bug and enjoy anything from a leisurely jaunt to a multiple day hike through our wonderful bush. I have enjoyed walking and hiking interstate and overseas and feel so lucky to have the Bibbulmun Track as a fantastic escape to nature right on our doorstep. I’ve managed several end-to-ends and have enjoyed many stretches on multiple occasions. I have met a number of wonderful people along the way and hope to be able to experience walking with you soon.
