It's always beautiful and relaxing to get out onto the track. We had magnificent weather too, perfect for walking. Really loved all the animals. What a treat to get so close to some of those beautiful animals. Simone, event participant.

My husband and I along with our 5 year old son thoroughly enjoyed this event. Every aspect of it was excellent from the volunteer guides to the extremely knowledgeable ladies from the Kanyana rescue centre. Steve whom we met at the campsite has a natural rapport with children - well done for being able to control such a large group for over an hour! Everyone contributed in making the afternoon very special for all the kids - I know our son will remember this experience for a very long time. We are already looking forward to booking again next year! - Danielle April 2016

I booked my grandchildren aged 4 and 6 on this event along with my husband and daughter and they were all very impressed. The kids loved the experience and we all thought it was really well organised and the ladies from Kanyana amazing with their knowledge and the way they presented it getting the kids so involved. Thank you all so much. Isabel – April 2016

Hi folks. I have been with the Foundation since 1997, when I first joined as a member and maintenance volunteer. I wanted to get involved in the 'new' Track after getting terribly lost on the 'old' Bibbulmun Track. From there I began leading walks and then came on staff in the office in 1999 as Events Manager and Lead Guide. I love walking and have done a few end-to-ends. I really get a kick out of sharing this passion with everyone. I am still a volunteer and look after Nerang Campsite. Come and join me on this event!

Hi guys, I have been a member since 2009 when I started my sectional end-to-end. Since then, I’ve enjoyed many hikes on the Bibbulmun Track as well as tracks in Tasmania, NZ and Europe. I love the diverse experiences hiking can give you and I am looking forward to sharing my passion for it with you.

Hi everyone, I have been walking the Bibbulmun Track since the early 90's. I became a member in 2000 and a volunteer in 2001, mainly as a maintenance volunteer at Mt Clare and now at Hewett's Hill and surrounds. I was part of the Telethon Challenge fundraising walk in 2004 on the Bib and I completed my first sectional end-to-end in 2007. I love the Track and love to share it with everyone, hence I have become a volunteer guide. Enjoy your time on this amazing world class 1000km+ trail. You soon will become hooked too!
