We pride ourselves on making your Bibbulmun Walking Break as stress-free and enjoyable as possible by providing you with good information and using carefully selected accommodation and service providers.
Our aim is to ensure you have the best experience possible both on and off the Track. Following is just a small sample of the feedback received from our happy customers...
Millie was most helpful with suggestions for the itinerary with plenty of alternatives. Well organised and efficient - what she said would happen did happen. Our hosts were eager to please and did all they could to get us enjoy ourselves. They also provided plenty of information where to eat and what to see in the area.
The food supplied was excellent - sumptuous breakfasts and nice packed lunch. We really wonder now why we go on overseas holidays when this one combined eco-tourism, health and fitness, sensational winreies and restaurants, pleasant people to stay with, all at a low cost!! And no waiting at airports!!!

We loved the Bibbulmun Track – glorious bushland, flowers, rocks, seascapes, views, birds. An intricately beautiful area. Thanks for organisation!

Just a short note to let you know how much I thoroughly enjoyed the Bibbulmun. The organisation and standard of our accommodation was first rate and left us wanting absolutely nothing. The Track was so well signed and the range of walks that we could select each day was perfect for our abilities and fitness. Maps, track notes and associated information leaflets had us very well informed which gave us confidence, combined with the knowledge of what to expect on our walks.
I had done some training before leaving Sydney and by the end of our time I wished that I was walking further along the track - I felt that I was just "hitting my stride" as they say. I am really keen to go back and walk more of the Track with my partner. LOVED IT!!
Thank you Millie for all of your organisation and the hard work that you contributed which made it an excellent trip. I haven't stopped singing praises of the Track and associated arrangements.

I received the package this evening in the mail!
Thank you for your help to make sure all the items are ready, included and clearly indicated. I especially enjoyed opening the multiple packages with excitement!
Your efforts to go the extra mile are deeply felt. Thank you so much for making our trip possible!

For first-time walkers, the information supplied was very helpful. It was clear and useful without being overwhelming.
The rooms were excellent. Breakfast and packed lunches were both of a high standard. Our host was friendly and able to give us some great information on the area.
The transport arrangements were perfect. The walk notes were really helpful.

I wanted to tell you what a wonderful walking holiday we all had on the Bibbulmun - and how faultless was the organization and execution. There wasn't a dud day or even part of one, and we even dodged most but not all of the impressive rainfall that that part of the world enjoys.
Thank you for your great planning and advice. I kept getting plaudits from our friends on the trip for "organizing" it, but I invariably gave credit where credit was due i.e. to you and the Bibbulmun team. Incidentally, we couldn't really think of any other established walk in Australia that has such a switched on supporting organisation.
The walks were varied, the terrain memorable and always fascinating and flora brilliant. The maps and walking notes were invaluable. We particularly enjoyed our guided walk in Denmark and the cruise in Walpole. The lunches and breakfasts were good to brilliant.
The other point of comment of our group was the exceptional value. Even with car hire and dinners to add in, we did very well indeed. I hope there was enough in there for the Foundation too, as it does a great job, on the Track and in the office.
Once again, many, many thanks. We will spread the word.
Peter from VIC (part of a group of six couples), September 09
Given the short lead-up time for our walk, I was heartened by the efficient, friendly response. We received an itinerary the following day.
At each accommodation we received a warm greeting and afternoon tea. A big positive memory of the walk will be our "chats" with our hosts. Obviously, each B&B has a different emphasis and this made it enjoyable and interesting. Breakfasts and lunches were more than adequate and yummy. Each host was willing to go out of their way to make suggestions and simply sit down and chat.
Michaela from NSW, September 09
The BTF people were wonderful! They responded to our initial email outside normal office hours and followed up very efficiently.
Our host was extraordinarily helpful throughout our stay. He went way beyond the call of duty. We also loved the scones and cream at tea and the sherry in the evening. A very nice touch.
Thank you again for your excellent service. I am most impressed.

I have returned your customer survey form but I am now back in England and writing this to thank you personally for having made all the arrangements that enabled me to spend two wonderful days walking the Bibbulmun Track on both sides of Balingup.
The travel arrangements went fine and the B&B was excellent. The hosts made every effort to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
I shall recommend walking the Track and the service you provide to any walking friends who plan to visit Western Australia.
Bob from England, April 09
The BTF provided comprehensive information, was very helpful and a total pleasure to deal with. Keep it up!
I liked the way everything was clearly organised and presented. Thanks for the personal recommendations!
All special food requirements were handled much better than expected. Hosts were very accommodating.
We couldn’t ask for more - the hosts did everything they could to take care of us - far above and beyond expectations.
We were very pleased with the transport arrangements – exactly what we needed in both cases, with friendly and helpful drivers.
We had a great time! Everything about the experience was first rate, and we would recommend both B&Bs.

My initial contact with the office was fantastic. Very helpful in providing me with prompt information that assisted me in choosing this beautiful getaway.
The accommodation was beautiful. It was well maintained, close to town yet felt secluded and the property’s landscape… AMAZING.
Thank you! We had a great time, please keep up the great work! I am now very keen to do the end to end next year
Joel from WA, June 08
Our contact was very pleasant and attended efficiently to organising our walk and accommodation.
Thanks, we had a wonderful time. The walks were challenging for a couple of 60+ with the right combination of ease and difficulty. We did 15km the first day and 17km the next day and are eagerly looking forward to our next Bibbulmun challenge.
Our hosts met us at the door on arrival and after settling in to our excellent room, showed us around their property. They couldn’t have treated us better!
The breakfasts were superb with various choices, freshly cooked and substantial, and served on best quality China. Our packed lunches were equally tasty and substantial.
Thanks for everything.
