Registration terms and conditions

Teams must nominate the heat of their choice on the registration form. If the nominated heat is not available, teams will be notified.

If the nominated heat is not available at the time of registration and another heat does not suit the team, the deposit will be returned in full.

All deposits, subject to the point above, are strictly non-refundable.

The outstanding balance after deposit is due on 26th August, 2014. If the team registration fee is not paid in full at that time, the deposit maybe forfeited and the Bibbulmun Track Foundation reserves the right to give away the team place to another team.

If a team withdraws their registration after the 26th August, the following amounts will be forfeited:

  • Cancellation between the 27th August and12th September 2014, 50% of the total registration fee.
  • Cancellation between 13th September and 30th September, 75% of the total registration fee.
  • Cancellation after 30 September, 2014, total registration fee forfeited.

No refund or recompense will be made to teams who do not or are unable to attend the briefing night.

Any payments by credit card will attract a 2% merchant bank fee. VISA and Mastercard only accepted.

If payment is made by EFT, the team contact must advise the Bibbulmun Track Foundation that payment has been made.

Registration is not confirmed until the deposit and the completed registration form has been received.

All four team members must be selected and their details submitted prior to August 26th, 2014.

It is up to the contact person to inform all team members about the nature of this event and the dates of the briefing night, the training day, the event and the awards night.

Registration survival packs can be collected from the Foundation at the briefing night.

A team must comprise of four team members.

The same four team members must attend all four days of the event. There is no opportunity to substitute team members. 

Spectators are not permitted until the teams arrive in Dwellingup.

Bus transport is provided from Perth city to the start of the event. Participants must make their way into the city and be ready to depart by 5am on day one.

Bus tranport will return partcipants to Perth city on day four (Sunday evening). The time of return will vary for a variety of reasons but we aim to be back by 6pm.
