General Comments

Thoroughly enjoyed our 36 days on the track. We are returning to complete continuous E to E in next few years.

Food/Supplies Comments

Main meal at night was dehydrated food, miso soup and other meals included porridge, trail mix, protein bars, fruit and coffee.

Your Best Equipment

A warm air mattress with a high r rating.

Your Worst Equipment

Nothing really now. Over my time I have gathered together a reasonable kit though always interested to look at what other folks are using.

Advice for Others

Just do it. You will not regret the experience. A good idea to purchase the maps and small guide books.
