This hike has been in my bucket list for such a long time, now I have retired from work, I have been able to accomplish my dream, what an experience the track did not disappoint.
Food/Supplies Comments
Homemade dehydrated food, I use recipes from Kevin of the Outdoors You tube videos. All food was excellent not one bad recipe.

Meeting fabulous people, both fellow hikers and track maintenance workers who stopped for a chat
Personal Reactions
Overwhelmed I didn’t want the experience to end
Wildlife
Not too much wild life, mostly red tailed cockatoos and a few kangaroos
Your Best Equipment
For me my old fashioned Trangia it cooked my dehydrated food to perfection
Your Worst Equipment
My shoes “Ozbos” let me down they are only 3 years old and they leaked making my feet soggy for 3 days.
