General Comments
Very well maintained track made it very convenient to hike. No need to worry about water or getting lost. All information about the track was also easy to find from the website.
Favourite Section
Northcliffe to Walpole.
Highlights
Hitting the coastline for the first time was such an amazing experience. Ocean was raging in the thunderstorm and winds ripped off the buttons of my poncho.
Wildlife
That was maybe the main reason to go for this hike. I saw nearly 70 new bird species, almost 20 snakes, kangaroos, echidna and plenty of other mammals and reptiles.
Your Best Equipment
My Exped Mira 1 person tent and the pillow was the best I ever had ... a bit expensite though.
Your Worst Equipment
Not worst ....but luxury item! Moustache wax.
Advice for Others
Don’t rush it and keep your eyes open.
