Highlights
Didn’t see a snake till Nullaki despite what everyone was telling me. Seeing Chatham Island for the 1st time. Got to walk across the Long Gully Bridge before it burnt down (shed a tear on that one)
Personal Reactions
Loved it all but if there’s one criticism for the BTF to take on board. More effort required to convert some of the 4WD tracks and road sections to proper walking trails. Apart from that, all good.
Wildlife
Quite a few emu’s, myriad black footed wallabies, half a dozen big roos, 3 snakes, countless birdlife.
