Stunning track. Signage was good. Infrastructure was great. The scenery and flora were outstanding. Loved it.
Food/Supplies Comments
Easily arranged food drop for Nerang via Facebook page. Resupplied in each town along the way.
Favourite Section
Loved all aspects but if I have to pick one - Mandalay Beach to Peaceful Bay.
Highlights
Flowers, karri trees, tingle trees, rock pools on top of granite peaks, e.g. Mount Wells and Mount Cooke, Pingerup Plains.
Personal Reactions
Beyond expectations. A test of endurance but not a technically tough walk.
Wildlife
Kangaroos, Cockatoos, bobtail, quokka, possums, emu and snakes.
