General Comments
I started my E2E in May 2016 with the intention of going all the way to Albany. Unfortunately I suffered appendicitis along the Track and when I reached Pemberton couldn’t continue. I had emergency surgery in Bunbury in July.
I started to walk again nearly 12 months later and finished on the 13th April 2017.

Always carried too much. I think I have a problem….........

The south coast.
Highlights
Many but climbing Mt Chance after walking 19km is up there with the best. I felt like I was the only person alive, except for the fact I was talking to my family on my mobile.
Personal Reactions
Very disappointed when I realised I couldn’t complete it in one go.
Very emotional when I finally finished. Its the greatest thing I have ever done for myself & by myself. Something I will never forget.
Wildlife
Seen it all: snakes, lizards, kangaroos, emus, bandicoots, amazing bird life even a pod of dolphins surfing the waves.
Advice for Others
Don’t talk about it. Just do it. You won’t be sorry.
