General Comments

Many thanks to the Bibbulmun Track Foundation, Dept Parks and Wildlife and a heart felt thank you to the ‘walkers’who do maintenance on the Bibbulmun and care for the shelters and campsites, these efforts so enhance the experience of discovering the Track.

Food/Supplies Comments

Dehydrated food, a good way of shedding mights, I went from 54 to 48 kilos, but still kept up energy levels. All good!

Personal Reactions

Thanks to the Waugal I completed my E2E, N2S walk, without your guidance I wouldn’t have got our of Kalamunda, always there to silently show the way, when I strayed from the Track I was shepherded back, never a cross word of a reprimand. At Yourdamung I turned left instead of right when exiting the spur track.
Over mountain and granite boulder, steep ascent and descent, winding through mash, swamp and sedge land, down gullys, across creeds and river, glorious beaches, sand bars and rocks, sand dune ridges with majestic views. (I can now identify mobile sand dune). The ancient forests of Jarrah, Karri and Tingle, Sheoak, Paperbark, Peppermint, thickets, Swamp Banksia, Bullich and more, having gained enormous satisfaction from traversing the “Track”, I am a Waugal supporter, no doubt about that.
