General Comments
I was born with clubbed feet so I would like to dedicate my first end to end to my Mum and Dad for literally pointing my feet in the right direction.
Food/Supplies Comments
Tried everything from army rations to dehydrated food - nothing beats my home dehydrator.
Favourite Section
Hard to say but probably Perth Hills area.
Highlights
Glimpsing the ocean for the first time, as well as every day walking into a shelter.
Personal Reactions
I’ve battled through some sections with low fitness and a few injuries so felt like I really pushed myself and accomplished my end to end.
Wildlife
Absolutely awesome array of flora and fauna but will never get used to those snakes!
Your Best Equipment
Down sleeping bag - I hate being cold!
Your Worst Equipment
Rainbird rain coat - new Gortex one heaps better!
Advice for Others
Pack as light as you can and take care of your feet!
