General Comments
The shelters are great facilities, good water, well maintained. some of the mountain walks are quite hazardous with a heavy backpack constant scrambling over rocks - Hallowell, Cooke.

Good supply of basics at all the track towns.

Valley of the giants.
Highlights
Walking through the arbour and Big Brook Dam at Pemberton.
Personal Reactions
The track was a lot tougher than I expected.
Wildlife
kangaroos, possums, tiger snakes, carnaby cockatoos, feral pigs.
