General Comments
Enjoyed the lack of flies, mosquitoes, etc in the northern half. Also the fires were good in the north. Beach exits are a bit of a worry.

Packaged and dropped off most of our own supplies.

Friends made along the Track. General conversations around camp fires in the evenings.

Wonderful relationship with Virginia, we’ve never spent so much together before.

Encountered bag eating ‘rats’? at Beedelup. Huge snake at Blackwood living under the floor.

Walking poles, hip flask.

Anti snag zippers on sleeping bags.
Advice for Others
Stay on the Track, don’t listen to advice from locals or other walkers about shortcuts or inlet crossings etc. It will get you into trouble.
