General Comments

I walked the whole Bibbulmun Track for Breast Cancer and so far I have raised about $7,500 and hope to raise more.  Also completed my own goal of finishing the whole track before my 14th Birthday
(I did with 8 hours to spare).

Food/Supplies Comments

Mum and dad were very helpful with food drops and dehydrating food for me.

Favourite Section

Balingup to Blackwood campsite, seeing the Southern Ocean for the first time and Peaceful Bay to Denmark.

Highlights

My first sight of the Southern Ocean and walking into the southern terminus to be greeted with bagpipes, a photographer and journalist and about 30 Breast Cancer survivors and their families.

Personal Reactions

I was fine with the snakes, I learnt a lot about myself.

Wildlife

I saw 34 snakes in 47 walking days.  It was great to also see so many other native animals.

Your Best Equipment

Walking poles and Thermarest.

Your Worst Equipment

Inflatable pillow ( found I didn’t need it and it was unnecessary weight).

Advice for Others

Walk the Track!  It is an amazing way to see Australia.
