Walking by one self in crowded solitude gives tremendous satisfaction with its freedom to do what you like when you like.

Too many spare clothes.

Advice for Others

A thick sleeping mat & pillow are essential. You cannot carry too much food as the hilly sections burn more calories that you can consume. I lost 8 kg in 41 days walking.
