General Comments

Feeling I should attend the funeral of an old friend in Perth, meant missing out on a middle section - completed later. Losing my food at Inlet River meant an extended rest time at Walpole. (Enjoyable but embarrassing)> finishing that later also. The Mad Axeman once said - “I;m sure the hills get longe and steeper each time I walk the track. You sure got that right Jim, I found them hard this time.

Favourite Section

Northcliffe to Wlpole.

Highlights

Enjoying the company of other Bib Track walkers, especially one I met on previous walks.

Personal Reactions

My 6th E2E (5 officially) but find no lessening of the enjoyment and satisfaction I get from my time on the Track.

Wildlife

Kangaroos, emus, uncooperative echidna (curled up), snakes, quokka. Good photos and movie of the twentyeight parrot that pinched my cheese at Beedelup.

Your Best Equipment

Dunlop K26 shoes and new Thermarest sleeping mat.

Your Worst Equipment

Inflatable pillow that leaked.
