General Comments

The track is well constructed and marked by trail markers - Waugals and is easy to follow, however I would like to see some of the features e.g.roads, that are marked on the map also be marked on the trail either by name or map grid reference.
The shelters at the end of each walking day make this trail unique amongst other trails.

Food/Supplies Comments

I dehydrated all my own food and posted parcels on to towns information centers, overall this worked well. All towns along the way had good supplies of food to top up my supplies or add a few treats.

Favourite Section

Pemberton to Denmark.

Highlights

Each day had its own highlight as my many photos show, but so often the best was often when I stopped for a rest occasionally with my feet resting in cool flowing water. As I rested I could fully take in the beauty of the surrounding bush.

Personal Reactions

Still cant believe that I walked over 1000 km in 44 walking days.

Wildlife

Many birds, a few kangaroos, amazing wild flowers and only 10 snakes.

Your Best Equipment

All equipment worked well but special mention to Jetboiler, walking poles, fly nets and the foam seat.

Advice for Others

Make good time when you can.
Go easy when you have to.
Walk the track at your own pace.
Pack as light as you can to be safe and comfortable.
