General Comments
Enjoyed every minute of the Track. It threw up something different every day either in a challenge or different scenery. The people I met along the way both on the Track and in the towns made it an unforgettable experience.
Food/Supplies Comments
Our food drops worked perfectly and found hikers needs were well catered for along the way, especially Donnelly River.
Favourite Section
Hard to say but scenery and beaches along coast hard to beat. Anywhere.
Highlights
Watching the sunset and the moon rise over Lake Maringup on a clear evening.
Wildlife
Plenty of wildlife spotted. Especially kangaroos in the dunes. Amazed by the bird-life and their calls made the bush come alive.
Advice for Others
Make sure everything is ‘broken in’ and you are confident with your gear before starting off.
