Cous cous is definitely a good option. Spices, dried veg and chocolate totally necessary to keep hearts up.

Stargazing at Blackwood, playing didge on top of Mt Cooke, sunrise at Torbay, see Albany from Hidden Valley, the Showgrounds, the whole coastal walk.
Personal Reactions
High sense of self-challenge during the first bits (especially Dwellingup), then total enjoyment.
Wildlife
Awesome! Wedge-tailed eagles, wallabies, kangaroos, emus, black cockatoos .....the list is too long.

Advice for Others
Buy a good torch, get up for sunrise at Rame Head and Boarding House. Shelters are perfectly awesome.
