Before you book any of our events from the online Calendar of Events, you must read the event booking conditions below. In making a booking you, and anyone for whom you are booking, agree to these conditions.
Event booking conditions

I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with my participation in the events for which I have booked. I will hold the Bibbulmun Track Foundation and its Board, Executive Director, employees, servants, agents and members free from all liability, causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise out of, or in connection with, the use of the facilities or equipment provided by the Foundation, or participating in the events

Unless otherwise stated, all children must be accompanied by an adult

Prices and itineraries are based on conditions at time of printing and may be subject to change

The Foundation reserves the right to cancel an event with 24 hours notice should the number of participants be deemed to be insufficient. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they are contactable during this 24 hour period

Family member and children member prices are applicable to ‘family’ category members only

Events are not usually cancelled due to inclement weather

Bookings cannot be made by telephone; a properly completed booking form is required. You may request a booking form by telephone.

Bookings cannot be made until full payment has been received.

Event details will be sent to you by email (please ensure the email address supplied is correct), or by post, after booking and payment has been recieved.

If an event is fully booked, any money received will be returned in full

NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS OR EXCHANGES (Except where an event has been altered or cancelled)
- In making a booking I acknowledge that I, and any other persons that I am booking for, understand and agree to the above conditions
BOOKINGS CLOSE AT 12 NOON ON THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO EACH WEEKEND EVENT
Please note that we are not open on weekends -we are out walking!
Car pooling to events
We try to be as environmentally responsible as possible. If you would like to car pool with another participant to the same event, please email us at the time of booking. In the week leading up to the event contact us to find out whether any one else has requested car pooling, and you can make contact with them.
Only first name, phone number and suburb of people requesting car pooling will be given out to other participants.
